"I
highly recommend cookbook author Norene Gilletz as a presenter for
Jewish Book Fairs, stores or community events...Imagine Julia Child as
a Canadian Jewish mother - Norene is a real crowd-pleaser. She ought
to be on the Food Channel, showing Emeril how to kick it up a
"nosh!" Michele
Yanow, co-owner, Tree of Life Judaica & Books, Seattle, WA.
CORPORATE
CLASSES
Norene Gilletz will design and teach customized cooking
classes to promote team-building for your staff or entertain your
important clients. Classes are 2 to 3 hours long, with the following
suggested format: Appetizers (1/2 hour), followed by a cooking class
(1 to 1 1/2 hours) ... and then we eat! What an excellent way to share
food, fun and learning! Minimum 12 people. Contact us for further
information.
CHILDREN'S
BIRTHDAY PARTIES
"Kids in the Kitchen" is a delicious way to celebrate your
child's Birthday Party! The young chefs will participate in a hands-on
cooking class, learning "fun"-damental cooking skills as
they prepare their meal. Then they'll eat what they created during the
party! Call us at 416-226-2466 to reserve your date and choose your
menu.
For
cooking classes and culinary events, a master copy of the recipes will
be provided. Shopping and equipment requirements will be provided for
culinary events which take place at a location other than our teaching
kitchen.
Most
classes are demonstration classes. Menus are subject to change,
depending on availability of ingredients, equipment and kitchen
facilities where your event is taking place. Please be sure that dates
are suitable before you reserve your class or event. A deposit is
required to guarantee the date for your class or event.
WHAT'S

you at one of my grilling classes!!!)

to eat, forget it."
